There is No Charge to attend any TAIS Show.
It is not necessary to be a member of The Tulsa Area Iris Society to enter iris in TAIS Shows and there is no charge for entering iris. All iris growers are encouraged to enter their prized iris, however you must know the correct AIS registered name for any cultivar you wish to enter. All entries must be grown and entered in person, by the exhibitor whose name appears on the entry tag.
All iris will will be shown in glass containers supplied by TAIS. TAIS members will be on hand to help you prepare your iris and to complete the entry forms. Don't be embarrassed to ask for help.
To enter, bring your iris to The Tulsa Garden Center the Friday afternoon before the show or on Saturday morning up until 10:30 am.
Advance orders for for the July Iris Sale will be taken at both shows. This is an excellent opportunity to see what the iris will look like when it blooms in your garden.

TAIS was founded April 25, 1962 at a meeting held in the home of Mr. & Mrs. J. B. McConnell at 1820 North Cheyenne Avenue, Tulsa. Rilla Hickerson, a charter member of TAIS is still very involved in our activities.
